According to a federal law that became effective on January 28, 2002, the Cairo-Durham Central School District is required to provide military recruiters and institutions of higher education access to names, addresses, and telephone numbers of secondary school students enrolled in our district. You may request that your child’s information not be released without the prior written consent of a parent/guardian by completing the form below and returning it to the high school's main office.
The form must be completed and returned to the high school office by October 30, 2024 if you do not want the information on your child(ren) released. Without a completed consent form on file, information will be forwarded to branches of the military requesting this information.
Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

Every year, Mr. Hull delivers containers with 2-3 caterpillars and milkweed to all of the elementary school's Pre-K through second-grade classrooms. He provides the class with the opportunity to observe the caterpillars form into their chrysalis to emerge as beautiful Monarch Butterflies, which are then released.
