Congratulations to the following CDMS Students of the Month for September 2023!
From Left: CDMS Principal Danielle Czech, Sofia Hernandez Merino (6th grade), Lexi Maderic (7th grade) and Vincenzo Alvarado (8th grade).

Students in Ms. Hasbrook's Reading Class met their reading challenge of reading over 150 books by Halloween! The class celebrated their success with a "Glow Read" party where everything they worked with was glow-in-the-dark.
Students used flashlights to "write" sounds on the ceiling, used glow-in-the-dark putty to write words, and used blacklight flashlights to spell out words, as well as unscramble sentences. Now, on to the next reading challenge!
