Attention 2024 Prom Attendees! All Cairo-Durham High School students and guests attending the prom on June 15, 2024 are required to attend Prom Promise on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 6 p.m. at Cairo-Durham High School with a parent/guardian.

Camp Invention 2024 is coming to Cairo-Durham Elementary School during the week of July 15-19, 2024! Students will have the opportunity to illuminate and explore their horizons with fun activities! Good evening, This is a reminder that there are no high school classes in session tomorrow, June 4th. Only students taking the Algebra 1 Regents exam should be attending school tomorrow. Students taking the exam should arrive on their normal morning bus run or be dropped off no later than 7:45 AM. Students may be picked up after they are finished taking their exam or remain at the school until the afternoon dismissal bus run at 2:15. This does not impact middle school students. The middle school is operating as normally scheduled. Thank you and have a nice evening!

SAVE THE DATE! The Cairo-Durham High School Class of 2024 Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cairo-Durham High School soccer/football stadium. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at a time to be determined. Senior Class Trip is enjoying a beautiful day at Universal Studios: Islands of Adventure today! The students are spending the weekend enjoying all that Universal Studios has to offer. Thank you to all of those who made this trip possible by supporting the seniors in their fundraising efforts throughout the school year.

Cairo-Durham Elementary School's PBIS Committee is hosting its annual "Special Person Dance" TONIGHT, May 31, 2024 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Cairo-Durham Elementary School gym! Students are invited to bring a person special to them for a great night of fun and dancing! Please note that the original date listed on the school's calendar had the dance scheduled for May 23, 2024. The dance will take place on Friday, May 31, 2024! Paper copies will be sent home with students soon! Tickets at the door are $8. Payment in advance can be made in the main office of Cairo-Durham Elementary School. We are celebrating our students at Cairo-Durham Elementary, Middle and High Schools who each took four NYS English as a Second Language Achievement Tests over the last six weeks on their English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills! We are so proud of their hard work! Way to go, Mustangs!
