On Friday, a team of 6-6th grade students, along with two of their teachers, Ms. Murphy and Ms. Bright, the Middle School Counselor, Ms. Westfall, and the Middle School Principal, Mrs. Czech, went down to the elementary school to meet with the 5th grade classes.
This panel of 6th graders, made up by Isabella Acker, Michael Parks, Zoey Choinsky, Chloe Alberson, Joseph Tritto and Xaviyer James, presented a slideshow about their 6th grade experience. They spoke about their teachers, classes and some cool things to look forward to when moving from Elementary to Middle School. The students even had to answer questions on the fly and they did an amazing job!







The Modified Softball Team lost a close game to Germantown yesterday by a score of 23-20. They travel to Maple Hill today for a game at 4:30.

Reminder: tonight at 6 PM is the informational night for Middle School honors programming for students who will be going into seventh and eighth grade next school year. Eighth grade students going into ninth grade next year will be invited to the high school honors informational night in June.

CDMS 2022-23 Quarter 3 Honor Rolls Announced
CAIRO, NY – The Cairo-Durham Central School District is excited to announce its Middle School Principal’s Honor Roll, High Honor Roll and Honor Roll members for Quarter 2 of the 2022-23 school year.
To qualify for Principal’s Honor Roll, students must record a grade point average of 95 or higher throughout the quarter. To qualify for High Honor Roll, students must record a grade point average between 90 and 94. To qualify for High Honor Roll, students must record a grade point average between 85 and 89.
