Approved at last Thursday's Board of Education meeting, October 13th, 2023 will be a District-wide Early Release Day for all students. Students at the secondary campus will be released at 11:45 am and students at the elementary campus will be released at 12:45 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your flexibility as we work to provide more professional development opportunities for our teachers to grow and best support our students and their learning.

Mrs. Thompson's class said farewell on Friday, September 22, to Amanda Rushkoski, an amazing member of the CDES team who will be starting a new journey in the Marshall Islands. The students made beautiful cards and wrote complete sentences in order to convey how much they appreciate all she does! Good luck Mrs. R, we will miss you!

The rain couldn't put a damper on today's Homecoming contest. Boys Varsity Soccer beat Tamarac 4-1. Zander Santarelli scored all 4 for the Mustangs and Colin MacGiffert played a great game in the net! Mrs. Trotti's 7th Grade Social Studies STAR class worked together to complete a puzzle of the 50 States after learning about the geography of the United States. Once the puzzle was completed, students developed observations of the map and their prior knowledge about the geography, climate and their economies.
