The Boys Varsity Soccer Team continued their winning ways yesterday night by beating Catskill 1-0 in a very physical games under the lights. Their next game is on 9/11 at Watervliet. The Girls Varsity Soccer Team got in the win column this year with a 3-0 win at Catskill yesterday afternoon. The next game for the girls is on 9/11 at CDHS versus Watervliet at 5:00 PM. Rounding out the day of sports on 9/9 was the Golf Team losing to CA, the Boys and Girls Cross Country teams losing to Greenville/WAJ, and Girls JV Volleyball lost 2-0 and the Girls Varsity Volleyball Team lost 3-1.

The Boys Varsity Soccer Team secured a non-league road win on Monday afternoon by defeating Gloversville by a score of 13-0. Seven different Mustangs scored during the game and the boys look to continue their three game winning streak tonight at home versus Catskill at 7:00 PM.

The Varsity Football Team opened up their 8-man season against Taconic Hills on Saturday morning. Both teams put up a lot of points but the Cairo-Durham/Catskill squad lost the offensive battle by a score of 49-20. The next varsity football game is on Friday, 9/12, at Catskill, at 7:00 PM versus Sullivan West High School.

Girls Varsity Tennis went 1-1 this week with a rousing win against Hudson (7-0) and a tough loss against Catskill/CA (6-1). The Girls Varsity Soccer Team lost two games this week. They lost to non-league opponent Schoharie 8-0 and to Patroon Conference rival Chatham 4-2.

The Boys Varsity Soccer Team had a great start to their season this week by defeating Chatham 4-0 and by also defeating Middleburgh under the lights on Thursday by a score of 6-0. Scoring goals this week were Steven Brandow, Chase Kelly (5), Robbie Ivery (2), Oliver Schrull, and Martin Mora.

We are excited to welcome our middle & high school students back with a Spirit Day to kick off the school year! Join us as we go "Back to the 90s!" for our first day of classes. We look forward to seeing all of our MS/HS students here tomorrow, Sept. 3rd to kick off the 2025-26 school year! Please be aware we will be following a Day 2 class schedule for the day. Yondr pouches will be distributed to all students grades 6-12, tomorrow morning, after student arrival.

Ms. Whitbeck's third grade summer school class is coding with Sphero Bolt!

Ms. Light's Kindergarten class has been painting with Sphero Bolt!

The Sphero Bolt is a programmable robot ball designed for educational purposes, allowing students to learn coding through hands-on activities.
