The Girls Varsity Soccer Team defeated Germantown on Thursday afternoon by a score of 5-1. Scoring for Cairo-Durham were Nia DeRose, Aria McCabe, Abigail Brandow, and MacKenzie Sherburne. The JV Girls Volleyball Team lost to Greenville by a score of 2-0 and the Girls Varsity Volleyball Team lost 3-0.

The Cairo-Durham National Honor Society is hosting the annual Fall Festival and Community Yard Sale on September 30th from 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Cairo-Durham Elementary School! Setup will be at 8:30 a.m. Parking spots and 10x10 lawn spots are available. The price is $15 for pre-registration and $20 for at the door. The rain date for this outdoor event is scheduled for October 1st. The Boys Varsity Soccer Team Defeated Germantown on Thursday by a score of 9-0. Goalie Colin MacGiffert had his third shout-out of the season, and Chase Kelly (2), Zander Santarelli (2), Oliver Schrull (1), Jonathan Saad (1), Kennedy Bleau (1), Alan Lopez (1), and Alex Gouza (1) all scored during the game. At the first home match of the season the Girls Varsity Tennis Team lost to Maple Hill by a score of 5-2. Rhea Smith and Jessica Baeckmann had wins for the Mustangs.

The Cairo-Durham Varsity Golf team defeated Coxsackie-Athens at the Island Green Golf course yesterday by a score of 10 to 2. Brendan Feeney and Kevin Feeney both shot sectional qualifying scores during the match.

Kingston Czajkowski finished first in yesterday's Cross Country Meet at WAJ with a time of 22:51 and Nathaniel Porter came in second place for the Mustangs.

The Cairo-Durham Boys Varsity Soccer Team Defeated Rensselaer/Doane Stuart Tuesday afternoon by a score of 3-0. Goalie Colin MacGiffert recorded his second shut out of the season and Brendan Feeney scored 2 goals and Alan Lopez also scored a goal.
