On Friday, October 23, our entrepreneurship students successfully completed their very first Coffee Cart trial run!
This student-run business gives students real-world experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, customer service, inventory management, and business operations.
For their first Coffee Friday, students took preorders from middle and high school staff, prepared drinks, organized orders, and made deliveries throughout the building.
"I was incredibly proud of how they jumped right in, took initiative, worked together, and handled the responsibilities of running a business!" said Business and Marketing teacher Megara Fabiano. "The trial run was a huge learning experience, and students are already brainstorming ways to improve our operations for future Coffee Fridays!"
