Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Valid New York State SBL, SDL, or equivalent certification
Trained Lead Evaluator
Familiarity with research-based pedagogical practices
Familiarity with PBIS, character education, and restorative practices
The ability to maintain a positive school climate
The ability to proactively build relationships with students and families
Strong strategic planning skills
The ability to lead change
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
