CDHS and Questar III BOCES (Donald R. Kline Technical School) student Anthony Roeber placed first in the SkillsUSA New York State Area III competition for First Aid/CPR.
Anthony will compete in the New York State SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Championships on April 22-24 in Syracuse.
