High School Students from Ms. O’Dell’s Distance Learning Spanish 4 and 5 classes took on the challenge of making their own tortillas and guacamole from scratch while speaking only Spanish! They did an excellent job. We're grateful to Isaias Martinez of Angel’s Cafe for the cooking lessons and authentic Oaxacan Mexican cuisine.
