Dear Cairo-Durham CSD Staff and Families,
I am writing to you today to inform you that effective September 11, 2023, the Cairo-Durham CSD’s Wellness Center located at Cairo-Durham Middle and High School will be reopened. The Wellness Center was temporarily closed this summer due to Capital Project work taking place in the building.
As a reminder, the Wellness Center is open to district adults, faculty and staff and is open Monday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. - 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. The Wellness Center is closed on legal holidays, school vacation days, select special events and any school maintenance shutdowns.
In order to secure a membership and access the Wellness Center, interested individuals must complete a Wellness Center Participant Information Form and a Physician's Medical Clearance Form, then submit the forms to the district office. Returning members of the Wellness Center must complete a new Participant Information Form. All forms can be found online at https://www.cairodurham.org/page/wellness-center.
