Students in Mrs. Karker's French classes recently celebrated Mardi Gras in style by creating their own colorful parade floats! Embracing the festivity, students worked to craft vibrant floats, showcasing their creativity. This hands-on activity helped them learn about French culture and Mardi Gras traditions. Afterward, they paraded the floats through the middle school!

The Greene Monsters Wrestling Club had a great first year! The Greene County youth wrestling program was started by community member Brent Jones to help support the local schools’ modified and high school wrestling programs. There were over 40 kids ages 5 - 12 in the Greene County area that joined. On Sunday, March 2nd, over 10 Greene Monster wrestlers registered for the 3rd Annual NYS Novice State Tournament at the Armory in Albany, NY. There were 107 teams with over 400 wrestlers participating from all over New York. The Greene Monsters finished 22nd.
