On Monday, March 6th, Cairo-Durham High School held its Winter Sports Awards Ceremony in the High School Auditorium. A large crowd of friends, family, and fans came out to support the sports teams and coaches and to watch the MVP and Coaches Awards be handed out to the deserving athletes. Congratulations to all!

Last night's Winter Sports Awards Ceremony was a great success.
The Cairo Durham Middle School Student Council is hosting a Glow Dance on Friday, March 31st from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wear Neon, glow sticks or anything that shows up under the black lights! Concessions will be available for purchase. Pre-sale tickets will be available for $5 March 27th-March 30th before announcements and $8 at the door.

In the closest match of the season, the Boys Varsity Volleyball Team lost their Sectional Semi-Final match to Catskill last night 3-2. This ends the boys season with a well played game versus their undefeated opponent.

Congratulations to the Boys Varsity Volleyball Team who are advancing to the next round of Sectionals. In front of a gym packed with spectators, the boys defeated Coxsackie-Athens by a score of 3-1. Weather permitting the boys will face off against Catskill, at Taconic Hills, at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, 2/28.
