During the month of December, meals for remote and homeschooled students are available by delivery only (no in-person pick up). Call your school’s main office as soon as possible to be added to the FREE meal delivery schedule.

Cairo-Durham CSD will not be participating in the snow day pilot program announced by the NYS Education Department earlier this school year. As in typical years, if Cairo-Durham needs to close due to winter weather there will be no K-12 classes (in person or remote).
The District received confirmation that a high school student tested positive for COVID-19. Due to staff shortages resulting from precautionary quarantines, Grades 6-12 must shift to remote learning starting on Thursday, December 10, 2020.
Starting on December 10, 2020, Ms. Amelia Gallagher will be stepping in as interim assistant principal at the middle/high school through late January.
UPDATE 12/9/2020: The computer-based testing simulation is canceled. Students will follow a regular bell schedule.
