There will be a Board of Education required budget hearing on May 9th at 7:00pm in the MS Cafeteria. The Regular Board of Education meeting will follow the budget hearing.

Cairo-Durham Mustangs varsity baseball coach Tom Karnes receives a plaque commemorating his 500th career game at the helm of the team Monday prior to a Patroon Conference game against the Catskill Cats. Along with his current team, Karnes stands with C-D athletic director Greg Hagan, middle school principal Nate Farrell and superintendent of schools Mary Fassett.
